Socially Inclusive and Equitable Education (Student Mobility Grant funded by British Council and HEC) 3. MERCEDES, Texas – Valley Initiative for Development and Advancement (VIDA) has been awarded an $800,000 grant from Ascendium Education Group to participate in a prestigious national randomized controlled trial (RCT) which began in July 2024. This highly competitive study will evaluate VIDA’s program effectiveness and its impact on underserved populations, reinforcing VIDA’s commitment to educational and workforce success in the Rio Grande Valley. https://lnkd.in/gBfwxvSB

I am a big fan of evidence-based research and changing my teaching practice to suit my context. I love these new evidence-based practice guides to support enhanced student learning from the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO). These resources form part of AERO’s Model of Learning and Teaching.
