The women who arrive at WISEPlace are often at their most vulnerable. 100% have experienced domestic violence and nearly 30% are disabled. For Crisis Support Services of Nevada, increasing outreach was a matter of life or death. As calls poured in from struggling Nevadans, CSSNV grappled with how to be a beacon of hope for more people facing crisis. They needed to cast their light farther—but how? As Noble Deeds recipients, we were able to provide critical help to CSSNV. By redesigning CSSNV's website for clarity and empathy, updating their branding and messaging and boosting awareness, Noble Deeds enabled this vital community resource to aid more people in crisis. Specifically, the modernized website's improved performance connects CSSNV with more struggling Nevadans. With a design purpose-built for empathy and clarity, the redesigned website gently guides emotionally distraught visitors to vital crisis support connections when they are feeling most hopeless and alone.
