For me, the best type of story has been seeing participants faces in a room full of people where we deliver onsite practical, hands-on Inductive Automation #Ignition training and CoE buildout. They start to see possibilities, they share stories across plants, trade contact numbers for future collaboration... and a "one-time" event turns into months of joint innovation among people that normally wouldn't have a reason to work together (or are actually discouraged by silly plant-specific metrics). Those are the best #IgnitionEffect stories… when you realize you've helped bring lasting, positive and very personal change to people on the front line. Axiom Manufacturing Systems would love to open eyes to possibilities for your enterprise... no jerks though. One side benefit of being good at such an in-demand product, we don't need to subject our employees to a-holes :)
