Indurent has completed and handed over a 148,000 sq ft state-of-the-art warehouse for Rolls-Royce at Indurent Park Derby. The team worked closely with Rolls-Royce to deliver a bespoke facility that will support its significant manufacturing operations in Derby and has been built to the highest sustainability standards, achieving BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC A+ rating. This milestone strengthens Indurent Park Derby as a leading hub for high-tech R&D, manufacturing, and logistics in the Midlands.
