Indurent has secured a 10-year lease with global engineering firm CTDI for a c.184,000 sq ft Grade A unit at Indurent Park Wellingborough, meaning the park is now fully occupied. CDTI, a leader in technical engineering, network infrastructure and supply chain solutions to some of the world’s largest tech and telecoms businesses, joins an impressive tenant roster at the Park, which benefits from a prime East Midlands location. The unit is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accredited, EPC A+ rated, and features rooftop PV panels projected to generate up to £163,000 in energy savings per year. Indurent Park Wellingborough is part of the £1 billion Stanton Cross development, which will deliver 3,650 new homes alongside community facilities and a range of employment spaces.
