I have worked in recruitment for nearly 12 years now and 2024 has been by far the worst year for being messed around and ghosted by candidates. Its not just agencies, my clients are experiencing the same thing with direct applicants, so why is this? With so many methods of communication, it takes 30 seconds to send a quick text or email. So why so many candidates ghosting agencies and potential employers, and even worse, blocking them? I would love to know your thoughts below.

Here you have very simple (but effective) Recruiting Tips that you can adopt for your Recruitment Process. 🔝 It tends to be a great "Candidate experience" when they have all the information of the role, including location, salary, job expectations, etc. Additionally, it usually helps when they do not have to spend around half an hour to complete their application or they have to go through plenty of steps when showing you their interest in the role.
