I am thrilled to announce that MSU’s Indy Autonomous Challenge (IAC) team, PoliMOVE-MSU, has forged a new partnership with the Michigan Office of Future Mobility & Electrification (OFME)! This collaboration will significantly enhance our team's activities, providing our students with invaluable hands-on experience in connected and automated vehicle (CAV) technologies.    Thanks to the support of OFME and the state’s Chief Mobility Officer, Justine Johnson, we can now engage even more students, including Michigan K-12 STEAM students, in the exciting world of autonomous racing.    Next stop: Indianapolis Motor Speedway on September 6, 2024, were we’ll race the world’s fastest autonomous race cars.   Click the link below to read more about this new partnership. #MSUMobility

    🏎 🤖 The Indy Autonomous Challenge is making a return to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on September 6, 2024! 👩🎓 This historic event will feature a head-to-head race of the world's fastest autonomous racecars, driven by AI software developed by 10 teams from 18 top universities across the globe. 🏆 In October 2021, IAC organized the world's first head-to-head autonomous racing competition at IMS.
