Don't Overcrowd Your Schedule: Time Wins Every Time! ⏳ We all get 24 hours in a day, 60 minutes in an hour. Yet, while planning, we always feel that we can cramp a 65 mins task in 60 mins. This is the recipe for feeling overwhelmed. 😥 Here's the truth about time: You cannot always accomplish everything. Accepting that is key. 🗝️ The Solution? Under-commit Your Time! ⏱️ ✔️ Try to do a 45 mins task in 60 mins. Give yourself some breathing room. ❌ But, that also does not mean that you procasinate for 15 mins!
