We are seeking a Regional Human Resource and business partner to provide human resources support to several skilled nursing facilities located throughout Tennessee. Successful candidate will be able to provide advice and consulting support related to hiring, training, human resources policies and procedures, FMLA, Work Comp, retention and terminations. As well as be able to analyze data and trends to effectivly communicate to facilties how to provide a better employee experience.Leadership, problem solving and effective communication are critical and must have the ability to multi-task while ensuring that results are achieved. At least 4 years experience working in the long-term care industry is required as well as a solid knowledge of employment regulations and the ability to create programs and enhance the overall people culture in the facilites. Working closely with our HR Team and Aged Care Facilities, this role is crucial in the onboarding and off-boarding operations as well as our recruitment processes. The role requires a candidate who demonstrates respect, integrity, compassion and commitment.
