With Dibrugarh flooded - without electricity and internet, I got some time to disconnect and think about work, without actually working. As Product Managers, we all strive excellence, right? But, to be honest - that pursuit of perfection often leads to anxiety. We worry about every feature, every user interaction, performance, customer differences, acceptance, adoption, chances of failure, and a lot of "what ifs". Something that I'm continuously trying to accept is that "done" is more valuable than "perfect". There will always be room for improvement, new data to review and analyze, and user feedback to incorporate. But if we are stuck in a loop of refinement, trying to boil the ocean, we risk missing opportunities to learn and iterate. Calling something "done" doesn't mean giving up on quality. It means prioritizing delivery, gathering user data, and using that data to inform the next iteration. #incrementaldelivery #productmanagement

Appreciation post for Blinkit ✨ Happy Chaitra Navratri and hindu new year to everyone celebrating today! I’m staying away from my home since a decade now, be it for the education in Calicut or staying in Bangalore for working . It was always an open problem for people like me who used to fast and needed essentials for pooja. It was really difficult to get the Falahari food and ingredients which can be consumed during fasts. I remember surviving on potatoes, fruits and peanuts for entire nine days during my hostel days, similar routine continued in early years when I moved to Bangalore. But today in 2024 there is not a single thing which Blinkit doesn’t offer for any event. Someone told me during the last year navratri that “Kalash me Aam ke patte missing hain” and see blinkit got them this time. I’m a regular customer of blinkit since few years and trust me its a savior for people who once found difficult to source the things they needed. I can rely now on Blinkit for all my pooja needs be it fruits, flowers, Roli, sindoor, mango leaves, aarti book or falahari ingredients like kuttu ka aata and samak ke chawal. Special mention to the exclusive category for Navratri or every other occaion that comes in, your UI is always up to date and on point! Total Harassment on the product purchased in last month from Wakefit and I am feeling very sorry while saying this, “I want to share my very worst experience” and still not resolved" 1. Wakefit had sent defective product at first instance only, lack of quality check before delivering the product, defective back panels/rests. 2. Wakefit not able to replace correct part 2 times , 1st time partial part and visit done, 2nd time it was color mismatch. They dont know how what product customer Even given proof to them via their support team 3. When Wakefit decided replace product after 20 days again defective product sent. Even having patching and unpolished parts. 4. All staff Unprofessional behavior they reaching to place without taking time before visit from Faridabad ware house. Lack of team coordination among all teams. Even Ask to get call back from somebody from senior Management they are not arranging any call back. Get me same product 4 seater dinning with complete quality check and no damaged or I want to complete money back of my product. I've had an extremely frustrating experience with Livpure Smart over the past 2 months. After scheduling service visits 3 times and making countless follow-up calls, no one has shown up. Even after finally reaching the service person today, he said he was on leave! I've gone through 7-8 calls to customer care with no resolution. The numbers provided for the service person, area head, and supervisor are either unreachable or go unanswered after 15-20 rings(9667990542). Here are the contacts: Level 1: 7289840057, Level 2: 9667990542 Level 3: 7303388343 Area: Kanpur Village, Pin - 110062. I want an answer for the entire day I spent waiting for service. If the person isn’t coming, whose responsibility is it to update the customer? This isn't customer support; it's customer trouble. Instead of solving problems, it’s adding stress and frustration. Customer service should be about solutions, not silence. Disappointed. "Disappointed with the service from Hwayz during my recent travel from Delhi to Varanasi on May 31st, 2024. Ordered from Hie Five Dhaba via their scanner onboard, Atul Sharma (6397282807) called and told that the order couldn't be fulfilled, promising a refund within 24 hours. It's been a week, and still no refund. When I reached out to Atul Sharma (6397282807) for clarification, he responded dismissively, saying it wasn't their responsibility. Such unprofessionalism reflects poorly on Hwayz's commitment to customer service. Transparency and accountability are crucial for any business's success. "Additionally, it's frustrating that there's no customer support number, chat, or email provided for assistance. Lack of accessible support channels compounds the issue, leaving customers like me feeling unheard and neglected. Any marketers or business owners relate to this? As a business owner I was usually realistic with my expectations. I would track sales and advertising expenses everyday in a simple spreadsheet. No need for a complex dashboard if your budget does not allow. And even if your budget does allow, that complex dashboard might not be needed.
