He says you got to make sure you're staying in your swim lane. Now the difference between a silo and a swim lane, because I, I see where you're going here. The difference between a silo and a swim lane is in a swim lane you can look up and see the person in the lane next to you. When you're all going in the same direction. The silo is your isolated by yourself and you really don't have as much visibility on what other people are doing in your kind of acting independently. That's what I would argue is a better definition. 7. That's good, 100%. And I think it also has to do with, I mean, the visibility to others, right? And how you're connected because at some point there's activities that require you to be in a. And there's, there's functions that require you being excited, but that doesn't mean it's gonna that's not going to help with, with generating, you know, a better community, a better project, a better outcome. It's, it's very specific, right? So. We're on the same pool, but everybody sees in their land, yeah.
