Farewell, Infosys BPM! Today marks the end of an incredible journey at Infosys BPM. It's hard to believe it's been 7+ years since I first walked through Infosys' doors as a wide-eyed 19-year-old. Back then, everything was new and exciting – the fast-paced environment, the supportive colleagues, the challenges that pushed me to grow. Infosys BPM wasn't just a workplace; it was a springboard for my professional evolution. Here, I honed my skills, learned from inspiring mentors, and discovered the joy of working in a collaborative environment. As I move on, I take with me a treasure trove of memories – late nights filled with laughter and teamwork, the satisfaction of a project successfully delivered, awards won for my hard work, recognition by my managers, new teams, new projects, all that I learnt and the friendships that I'll forever cherish. But most importantly, Infosys BPM empowered me to navigate the beautiful chaos of life. It was here that I transitioned from a young graduate to a working mom! The company's support system and flexible work culture allowed me to strike a perfect balance between my career aspirations and my family. For that, I'll always be grateful.
