Today marks a significant milestone for Black Diamond as we unveil initial Phase 2 results for BDTX-1535 in patients with recurrent #EGFR-mutated #NSCLC. Results show a 42% preliminary ORR in a well-defined patient population, with encouraging durability of responses. The tolerability profile of BDTX-1535 remains favorable. We have selected the 200mg dose for pivotal development, and look forward to disclosing initial Phase 2 data of BDTX-1535 in the frontline setting in the first quarter of 2025. Today we have announced additional positive data from the phase 1 part of our ongoing BEXMAB study, investigating the safety and efficacy of #bexmarilimab, our wholly owned #immunotherapy candidate, in combination with standard of care in patients with hypomethylating agents (HMAs)-refractory or relapsed #acuteMyeloidLeukemia and #MyelodysplasticSyndromes. This latest readout shows more responding patients and good durability of remission amongst this patient population – significant news for #oncology research given the difficult-to-treat nature of this aggressive disease and the few treatment options currently available for patients.
