We recently overhauled the sign-up form for an established energy retailer, lifting conversion rate from 29% to 70%. Here's how we did it: → We used a headless approach, separating the front-end from the forms service using APIs → This gave us the ability to design and build the forms with total freedom → We halved the form length by removing all unnecessary fields → We introduced a progress bar to set user expectations early → We surfaced critical questions early to respect users' efforts → We uplifted usability with simple, effective inputs and responsive layouts Takeaway: Headless + simplified, user-focused forms can drastically improve your conversion rates.
