Photo title : Our mini LPG Plant from different angle 📷 The highest column in the picture is distillation column (deethanizer) which separates light & heavy components to different streams. Light components which are methane & ethane will go through top section of the column and it will be used as a fuel to produce electricity using GEG or GTG. It is usually called lean gas. Heavy components which are propane, butane, pentane, heavier components will go through bottom section of column and it will become feed of debutanizer column. Propane & butane will be collected at LPG product accumulator from top section of debutanizer while the pentane & heavier components (light oil) will be blended with crude oil from different field.

Draeger Tube... it's a semple device and important tool to check process gas or recycle gas hydrogen sulfide Content " H2S " ، as known some of catalyst only work under sulfiding form " Active form " That's why must be maintain H2S Content in recycle gas at least 0.2 % ( 2000 ppm ) or as per licensor recommendation, BTW Gas Amine Scrubber & much system depressurization these are a big Cause for H2S content drop !! Actually draeger tube Considering as quick indication to safe the catalyst what's using for hydrocracking units and hydrotreating catalyst at Refineries.
