Aim for at least 90%. 🔶 Error Rate - Your Usability Warning Light: Lower is better! Errors indicate confusion and frustration, which can cause bounces. I talk with clients regularly about their website purpose, pains and goals. I often hear, "users can’t find what they need" or "users don't explore our site, they just leave right away". Poor user experience can be a BIG contributor to these issues.
