Consistency is King in Social Media In the fast-paced world of social media, staying top-of-mind is crucial. That's where consistency comes in. Here's how regular posting can elevate your social media game: Why Consistency is Key: Building Trust: Seeing your brand consistently pop up in their feed builds trust and familiarity with your audience. They know what to expect and are more likely to engage with your content. Staying Engaged, Not Ennui: A steady stream of content keeps your audience interested and coming back for more. Sporadic posting, on the other hand, can leave them feeling disconnected and forgetful. Content Calendar to the Rescue!: Feeling overwhelmed by the thought of daily posting? Develop a content calendar! This planning tool helps you schedule posts in advance, ensuring a consistent flow of content without burning out your team or bombarding your audience. Tips for Consistent Posting: Find Your Rhythm: Identify a posting frequency that works for your resources and audience. Whether it's daily, weekly, or bi-weekly, stick to the schedule as much as possible. Batch Create Content: Dedicate specific times to brainstorm, create, and schedule content in advance. This streamlines your workflow and helps maintain consistency. Mix it Up!: While consistency is key, don't be afraid to experiment with different content formats (videos, images, articles) to keep your audience engaged. By prioritizing consistent posting, you can turn your social media presence into a well-oiled machine for brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, success.

One thing I wish more business owners knew about social media marketing👇 Posting isn't a content strategy. ⬇️ Here’s why just posting on social media won’t magically make you successful! I totally get it - when you're swamped and content creation feels like the last thing you want to tackle, it's tempting to just post something for the sake of it. But that approach won’t do much for your business. If you aim to grow your business, there are 3 ESSENTIAL steps to take before you even start drafting your posts. 👉Know Your Audience Inside Out. It’s not enough to just have a general idea of who you’re talking to. Dig deeper - understand their motivations, struggles, and what they truly desire. Content that speaks directly to these needs is what gets results! 👉Clarify Your Content Goals. Content meant to attract followers is different from content designed to drive sales. Make sure you’re creating with a specific goal in mind. You need to tailor your content to your goal! 👉Decide the Next Step for Your Audience. Think about where you want your audience to go next. Should they follow you, engage with your post, book a call, or check out another piece of content? Your call to action should guide them clearly. All this planning happens before you even start creating content. Why? Because your content isn’t just random posts - it’s part of a larger marketing strategy! And if you want to learn how to create juicy content that drives results, join my program "Brewing Social CEOs" where I teach you everything you need to scale as an SMM. 💬 DM "BSC" to get started! . . . #socialmediamanagers #socialmediastrategists #smmcoach

Marketing Professional Leading Cross-Channel Strategies, Project Management, and Data-Driven Results
Which social media platform should you be on? The one that comes easiest to you and your brand! Sure big budget companies can hire and outsource content creation to be successful on any platform. Smaller businesses don't have that luxury. A small business should pick a social media platform where content creation and being present is easier. Regardless of if "your audience is on it." There is a portion of your audience everywhere. So pick the social media platform that offers the easiest path to success with these core elements to a successful professional social media: 1. Content is king, so lean into your strong suits, not your weaknesses. Video is always a hot thing in social media marketing, but if writing is more your thing, maybe LinkedIn, X, or Facebook is your platform. 2. Engagement is key. The more people engage with your content, and you engage back with them, the more often they will see your content. Plus if someone said something to you in real life, you wouldn't ignore them. Another big factor in growth is not just engaging with those who engage with you but also engaging with their content. The same algorithmic benefits of the people you engage with, the more they will see your content will apply and many use this strategy to reach more people with their organic content. 3. Consistency: be consistent with whatever that looks like for you. That can be one time a week you're posting and engaging with others, or maybe it's more often. Focus on quality in engaging and your content first before trying to post 3 times a day.

Are you posting great content regularly but still not seeing the reach you hoped for? Here’s one thing you might not be doing right. You might be doing everything you can to put out high-quality content. But there's one important thing you might be overlooking—engagement. Here’s the fact: It’s not enough to just post content; you need to actively interact with your audience. Social media is, first and foremost, social. So why aren’t you getting the reach and engagement you need despite putting out quality content daily? It is because you are not engaging—or rather, you are not engaging enough! This week has been incredibly busy for me. Life has just been happening. Because of this, I didn’t engage as much on LinkedIn, and guess what? My impressions went down 😩. I know it wasn't my content; it was about my interaction—or lack thereof—with my audience. Engaging is more than just liking others' posts. It means responding to comments, sharing other people’s posts, and starting meaningful conversations. When you engage, the algorithm notices and pushes your content further. It also helps build relationships, create a community, and earn trust. And trust leads to sales. Consider this your reminder: don’t just post and ghost. Take the time to engage with others. It’s a key part of your social media success. Are you ready to step up your engagement game and see your social media presence grow? Let’s connect and make it happen! . . I’m Precious, a social media manager dedicated to helping businesses, coaches, and personal brands stand out and shine online. I specialize in creating engaging content and managing Instagram and LinkedIn, transforming your social media presence into a powerful tool for growth. #LinkedIn #SocialMediaManager #Engagement #ContentStrategy #SocialMediaMarketing

Facts tell but stories sell when it comes to posting on social media. Here are 5 easy ways that you can integrate storytelling in your marketing strategy 👇🏻 1. Customer Stories and Testimonials: Share authentic stories from your customers about how your product or service has positively impacted their lives. Use quotes, videos, or before-and-after photos to make these stories relatable and compelling. 2. Behind-the-Scenes Content: Show the human side of your business by sharing behind-the-scenes content. This could include the daily operations, team activities, product creation processes, or company events. It helps build a connection with your audience by giving them an insider’s look. 3. User-Generated Content: Encourage your customers to share their own stories and experiences with your brand on social media. Repost their content and tag them to build a community and show appreciation for your loyal customers. 4. Brand Journey and Milestones: Share the story of how your business started, the challenges you’ve overcome, and your growth over time. Celebrate milestones and achievements with your audience to make them feel like a part of your journey. 5. Interactive Stories and Polls: Use features like Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, or Twitter polls to create interactive content. Ask your audience questions, create polls, or run quizzes related to your brand’s story. This engagement not only entertains but also makes your audience feel involved in your brand narrative. SOCIAL MEDIA MYTHS⤵️ That no-one is talking about… ❌More Posts, More Success ✅It’s not just about quantity. It’s better to post less often but with really engaging content. ❌Viral Content is the Only Way to Win ✅Not true. Steady, reliable engagement often beats a one-hit wonder. ❌Hashtags Boost Everything ✅Too many hashtags can actually turn people off. Use them wisely. ❌Social Media is Free Advertising ✅It’s free to sign up, but effective social media often requires time, effort, and sometimes paid promotion. ❌Only Young People Use Social Media ✅People of all ages are scrolling and posting. ❌Every Business Needs to be on Every Platform ✅It’s better to pick the platforms where your audience hangs out and do those really well. ❌It’s All About the Likes ✅Likes are nice, but comments, shares, and saves tell you much more about how people are engaging with your content. ❌Negative Comments are Bad for Business ✅Not necessarily. Responding well to criticism can actually boost your reputation. ❌You Can’t Measure Social Media Success ✅You can. There are loads of tools out there to help you see what’s working. ❌Automated Messages Save Time ✅They might save time, but nothing beats genuine, personal engagement. Which one of these surprises you the most? Let me know in the comments! ______ You might not know me, YET. I’m Maria Lafuente Soria, serial entrepreneur and passionate of communications. Content creation on social media is only for creators. This is how the majority thinks. But according to study by Marketful, more than 70% of the marketers who have used social media for the last 1 year reported that it helped them improve sales. In fact, B2B businesses spend 40% of their budget on content marketing, with 87% of them seeing social media as an important tool in their marketing strategy. Successful businesses and founders have realized that they aren’t selling to a customer persona but to a real person and social media makes the process of connecting people with the brand story easy. Here are 3 reasons why even if you are a business you need to create content: - Higher lead generation - If your competitors are on social media then your clients are there too, which is why social media should be a part of your networking strategy. Like Crumbl Cookies invested in building their social media and today they have 16M+ followers across platforms helping them stand out. - Understand consumer preferences: According to Sprout Social, social media is the most relevant channel for 50% of Gen Z and 42% of millennials with 54% of them using it to research products. By using social media you can understand their preferences, tweak your marketing strategy easily and build credibility on platforms like LinkedIn which generates 80% of the leads. - Establish reputation: Your social media presence talks about ‘who you are’ and ‘what you stand for’ to build your branding. A strong social media presence can help establish your business’s reputation as a thought leader. Like American Express built this through their blog called “Business Class” which provides business tips and marketing advice to startups and small companies. As a business owner, it becomes non negotiable for you to invest in building social networks in order to build relationships with potential and existing clients. So if you are a business owner and want to make social media a part of your company strategy OR want to build a personal brand for yourself, drop me a message and let's see we can collaborate! :) #personalbranding #businessmarketing #linkedincreator #creator economy
