Getting back to my routine after a long break.. Guided meditations, affirmations, journaling, better healthier eating 🥣 and some improvement body movements. Starting from scratch is never easy, but it gets easier with repetition. As with everything consistency and persistence is the key 🔑 Accept their imperfections and enjoy the process, learn what works for you and don’t get frustrated when things are not smooth. That’s ok. When you look and study the people who seam perfect to you, is it really what it looks like? What is behind that picture you see? Focus on what makes you feel happy and in the flow, and from that space continue to create and serve others and the rest will flow into place. 😌🩵

To attain liberation from the sorrows and pains of life, it's essential to be vigilant in life. I'll share with you three practices to cultivate vigilance: 1. Begin by being attentive to your body. When walking, just walk; when eating, just eat; when sitting, just sit. Be fully present in each action, allowing all activities to enhance your alertness. 2. Extend this practice to the mind. Continuously observe your thoughts, ensuring that no thought passes by unnoticed. Through sustained observation, your thoughts will gradually subside. 3. Lastly, focus on your emotions. Notice how events trigger emotional responses within you, leading to the release of enzymes and immersion in those emotions. By mastering these three practices, your life will be filled with vigilance and alertness, freeing you from sorrow and pain.

We’re getting a little personal today, but we can’t talk about core strength without today’s topic: digestion! You might not realize it, but your posture (and core strength) have a HUGE impact on how you digest your food. Here’s how: 1. Heartburn & Sluggish Digestion Slouching after you eat can cause pressure in your abdomen, which can trigger acid reflux – which is when stomach acid squirts back up into your esophagus. This can cause heartburn. Plus, there’s some evidence that slouching can slow down your intestines as food and waste move through your system. 2. Incontinence Slouching can also increase the pressure inside your abdomen, which puts pressure on your bladder. On top of that, hunching over makes it harder for your pelvic floor muscles to stand up against that pressure, which can lead to urine leaks. 3. Pooping I told you we were going to get personal! The thing is, sluggish digestion can lead to constipation, bloating, and gas. Your posture also plays a surprising role during bowel movements. Slouching can make it harder to go and may be linked with constipation – and even hemorrhoids if you strain. Sitting with a neutral spine (think about elongating through your sides) and tipping forward slightly from the hips can help ease the “go.” So can placing your feet on a footstool so that your knees are higher than your hips (similar to squatting). I visited my Brother's farm today and he forced me to pick all the eggs. Picking eggs is fun though until you start getting pecks from some crazy chicken who are just after causing trouble for you. While taking out these eggs, I realised they felt and looked healthier, bigger and better than the previous ones I had picked months before. I asked my brother what changed and he said he added some more nutrients to their feed and water so that made their products richer and healthier. He went further to state that the nature of the product you get from these layers are dependent on the kind and quality of feed they ingest. This sounded so interesting and a thought flashed my mind. *"What you eat is who you are"* Okay...let me rephrase; *"you are what you feed yourself with"* *"what comes out of you is a product of what goes into you."* If you feed yourself junks and unhealthy diets, you'd become unhealthy and trust me it begins to reflect in your physical appearance just like those eggs. What kind of books do you read, who and what do you listen to? What kind of musics do you listen and dance to? These are some of the ways you feed your spirit & mind mind and sincerely, if you constantly feed your mind with the wrong things, it begins to reflect in your thought process and even your behaviour and eventually, after sometime, your body, spirit and mind becomes so unhealthy and this may cost you a lot, even your life. This entire episode is just to say, be careful and intention what you take into your spirit, soul and body. There's more to say but I'm sure you're not hearing this for the first time. This is a reinforcement. Think about it.
