💔 Why is £106 the average value of a return in eCom? CRAZY? Let that sink in!! Returns are no longer just an operational annoyance, they’re a financial black hole that’s growing bigger every year. For every order processed, every sale celebrated, there’s the silent cost of a return looming in the background. 📦 Think about it: The logistics of getting that item back. The costs of inspecting, and repackaging (if it’s even salvageable). And let’s not forget the impact on sustainability and brand loyalty when returns aren’t handled well. For too long, brands have celebrated gross revenue without reckoning with the hidden costs that erode their bottom line. But here’s the truth: returns can’t be ignored anymore.
