As Infinity Dogs CIC approaches its six-month milestone since launching, I have come to appreciate the significance of a simple yet powerful phrase: "Don't ask, don't get." Previously, I would observe partnerships formed with other organizations and dismiss the possibility for us, believing it to be unattainable. I hesitated to pursue opportunities, feeling that our new and small stature would not be taken seriously by larger entities. I feared that our unconventional approach, led by an openly autistic dog trainer with a penchant for sharing information passionately and generating unconventional ideas, might not be well-received. I was concerned that we might be perceived as a fledgling concept, lacking the polish of a traditional business persona. However, I adopted a new mindset: either my ideas could remain confined to my thoughts, or I could share them, advocate for their implementation, and persist in approaching organizations in the hopes that they would embrace our vision and mission. Fortunately, within just three months, a major multinational corporation did exactly that. I am eagerly anticipating the opportunity to put these collaborative ideas into action by the end of this month. While we are a small not-for-profit Assistance Dog organization, we are driven by a spirit of boldness and ambition. Our goal is to create a substantial positive impact, not only for our handlers but for the broader community as well. Yet, we cannot achieve this alone. We rely on the support and openness of the organizations we engage with to say "Yes" to our proposals. To all the organizations that have already shown faith in us, I extend my heartfelt gratitude. IF YOU WANT CREATIVE WORKERS GIVE THEM TIME TO PLAY! Each week during our conference call we encourage peer to peer training on our products and ranges through a segment we like to call "Hot Topics". A platform where our teams are able to share their real life experience as animal owners and pet lovers to support their colleagues and in turn our customers. This week the update was from our Deputy Manager Sarah, who not only discussed but also demonstrated the NAF cooling wash with her rescue horse Nat. You literally can't get a better recommendation than from someone who has actually tried and tested an item. Which is why we don't just want our team to trial our ranges but to share their feedback too. As you can see from the video Sarah and Nat got creative to showcase the product to really demonstrate it's features and benefits, such as how effortless and practical it was to wash and cool your horse without the need for running water. Getting your team's creative input is absolutely essential for several different reasons: **Innovation and Problem Solving** Creative thinking allows employees to come up with innovative solutions, leading to more effective and efficient ways of working. **Adaptability** Creative input helps organizations adapt to changing market conditions and unexpected challenges by thinking outside the box. **Enhanced Team Collaboration** A culture that values creativity encourages collaboration, as team members feel more comfortable sharing their diverse perspectives and ideas.
