Today is the first day back in the office for many of us in Houston following last week's visit by Hurricane Beryl, but in the world of manufacturing the show must go on. Innovex employees came to work to "get it done" for our customers and we couldn't be prouder of our teammates who made the trip in to work each day. Thank you for everything you do. #customerfirst #lunchbreak #wearefossilfueled

Did you know that Earth and climate system models are so finely tuned that nowadays, scientists can accurately predict seasonal storms? According to Professor Mann's group, this year, the North Atlantic hurricane season could bring up to 39 tropical cyclones—a record-breaking number. Seasonal storm frequency and intensity are highly influenced by Anthropogenic #globalwarming. Another proof that #climatechange poses a big risk to human life and many other species.
"Michael Mann and colleagues predict a record-breaking 33 named storms for the 2024 North Atlantic hurricane season. It is the highest count ever projected" via #PennToday (Penn Arts & Sciences, University of Pennsylvania and Mann Research Group) University of Pennsylvania News: https://lnkd.in/gRMcGY5A
