We are excited to share our Euston Station case study. In 2022, Euston was named the 7th busiest station in the UK, with over 23 million passengers between April 2021 and March 2022. This posed significant challenges when it came to ensuring all passengers with access needs were assisted. Transreport and Euston worked together to implement Transreport's Passenger Assistance technology into working practices, replacing the existing digital system for managing assistance requests. This led to transformative improvements in multiple areas, including customer satisfaction, reliability and consistency of assistance, greater efficiency in task allocation, and improved staff working patterns. Fourth of July Week Traffic Predictions🚦 Get ready for another busy July 4th week! AAA predicts that nearly 71 million travelers will venture at least 50 miles away from home during the extended holiday period. This marks a 5% increase from last year and an 8% jump from 2019. 60.6 million people are expected to hit the road in their cars, while around 5.74 million are predicted to fly. Another 4.6 million are expected to travel by bus, cruise, or train. 🚂 ⛔ Anticipate peak traffic congestion on July 4th from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Stay informed and prepared for potential disruptions and delays in shipping as we head into this busy weekend.
