We get this question a lot: "Why the 90-Day World?" The 90-day period is crucial in EOS due to a natural human tendency: people generally lose focus and get off track about every 90 days. Implementing a 90-Day World routine across an organization addresses this cycle. Regular quarterly sessions realign teams, refocusing them on their roles and responsibilities and the organization's direction. This practice prevents the fragmentation and loss of focus that can lead to chaos. Even focused teams can drift off course after 90 days. Regular, intense, and productive quarterly meetings are essential to get everyone back on track.
