Lots of discussion about remote and hybrid working with some organisations looking to enforce a return to the office. There are lots of benefits and disadvantages to working from home. But one aspect that is not fully recognised by many is that working from home makes childcare much more manageable for working parents with long commutes, and is obviously better for the children.
