So today I'm going to share a little bit about our tech enabled model of support and its impact on our ability to really kind of monitor understand what's going on with the people that we're supporting and to respond to change and to adapt relatively quickly. Besides, I'll get started with just talking a little bit about our model of care. So really as a foundation, we look to understand that when you engage within a securely closed network, you can start gathering data. Sharing information, improving oversight of care and streamline processes. So sitting in our network. We actually look to communicate and engage with our so we call our clients members. So you'll hear me use that phrase today. So we connect with our members and all their other stakeholders. Via dedicated interfaces. We then use digital workflows to allocate and complete activities. We monitor members health and well-being and their experience with us and we integrate with other systems to support streamlined and end processes. And then we look to use all of the data that we're collecting via this processes to actually surface what we call actionable insights. So really it's about a kind of just living and breathing and certainly your session earlier this morning. I'm really resonated with that.
