𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲? This morning, as the rain came down in a heavy storm, a little butcherbird took shelter outside my window. During a break in the storm, the bird stayed high and (mostly) dry, then offered the most beautiful song, as if to say thank you for the refuge. 🎶 It got me thinking about gratitude in our lives and businesses—how often do we pause to express it? 🙏 As business owners and professionals, we can get so caught up in the demands and challenges of the day-to-day that we forget to acknowledge the people and moments that bring value to our journey. Whether it's a supportive colleague, a loyal client, or a team that goes above and beyond—taking a moment to reflect on and express gratitude can change the whole dynamic of our work and relationships. Gratitude has a way of reminding us of what truly matters and bringing us back to the core of why we do what we do. ⭐✅ So today, like that little butcherbird, take a moment to express thanks—for the opportunities, the support, and the lessons learned along the way. 𝗔𝗡𝗗... 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 + 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for all the support you've offered to me here on LinkedIn. I'm a little bit obsessed with eliminating Financial Stress, though it's not something I can do without your help. 💚🙂 How do you show gratitude in your business? 💬 Share below! #Gratitude #BusinessLeadership #ProfessionalGrowth #Thankfulness #PositiveMindset #BusinessSuccess #LeadershipDevelopment #TeamAppreciation #Reflection #PurposeDriven

Farewell, 2024: A Year of Growth and Gratitude As we bid farewell to 2024, I reflect on the lessons and growth this year has brought. Here are my success mantras: • Focus on Health First: Well-being is the foundation of sustained success. • Step Out of Your Comfort Zone: Growth begins when you embrace the unfamiliar. • Embrace Innovation and Creativity: Seek new solutions and think outside the box. • Express Gratitude: Acknowledge and appreciate those who support you. • Take on Challenges with Accountability: Own your responsibilities and face obstacles head-on. • Prioritize Execution Over Contemplation: Actions speak louder than words; implement your ideas. • Support Dependents: Be there for those who rely on you. • Commit to Continuous Self-Improvement: Strive to become better each day. • Lead with Perspective: Guide others with insight and understanding. • Maintain Honesty and Loyalty: Build trust through integrity. • Exhibit True Leadership: Inspire and motivate by example. • Make Sacrifices When Necessary: Understand that achieving goals may require personal compromises. . Spend quality times with your loved ones ones. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who have supported me, especially my family, who have stood by me through challenges and opportunities. This year, I traveled lot and cherished beautiful moments with my loved ones. Thank you 2024

As another year draws to a close, I'm reminded that our greatest wealth isn't measured in quarterly reports or KPIs – it's in the moments we share with those who matter most. This holiday season, I'm intentionally stepping back from the usual hustle to invest in what truly appreciates over time: family bonds, deep friendships, and meaningful connections. In our fast-paced professional world, it's easy to postpone these precious moments, thinking there will always be time "later." But later isn't guaranteed. The past few years have taught us that time is our most valuable currency, and how we spend it defines who we are. To my network: I encourage you to give yourself permission to be fully present with your loved ones this season. The work will be there when you return, but these moments – they're irreplaceable. What traditions or moments are you looking forward to sharing with your loved ones this holiday season? #WorkLifeBalance #FamilyFirst #HolidaySeason #Leadership #PersonalGrowth #WhatMatters #MeaningfulConnections

You wouldn’t shop for Christmas dinner without a plan. Why do it in business? We all have that holiday vision. You know: the perfect tree..🎄 The gifts you may give your loved ones..🎁 The beautifully crafted meal..🍗 You don’t buy random sh*t and hope it all comes together. You know what you want. Same with business. Without a clear vision, you’re just wandering the aisles, hoping it all works out. When you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Like everyone, There has been times in my life where I have had the greatest ideas… and I’ve dived in head first without a clear path, and it didn’t go down too great. (Sometimes that can happen naturally.. thanks ADD😑) For some people it’s easy to be decisive and organised with their projects. If it’s harder for you, it’s OKAY! You’ve just gotta be aware of it and put in a little more work than others. But you freaking got this 💪 So I speak from experience when I say, work on defining your vision clearly first, everything is much more likely to fall into place from there. I started with assembling the right team. THEN started working on making my vision clear. It made decision-making and planning so much smoother. Just like sticking to a holiday budget, you need to allocate your resources wisely to avoid unnecessary debt. Whether thats choosing the perfect gifts or hiring the right people… Get your business vision right this holiday season. Align your team and make every decision count. ✳️share your favourite holiday food in the comments‼️ #BusinessVision #StrategicPlanning #Leadership #HolidayPlanning #BusinessGrowth

🎉✨ As we approach this special time of year, many of us will gather with loved ones and create cherished memories. However, it’s important to remember that the holiday season can be challenging for some. For many, this time may bring feelings of loss, loneliness, or hardship. Some may be grieving the absence of a loved one, while others may not have family nearby to celebrate with. The spectrum of emotions during this season is vast, and we must approach it with compassion and understanding. As leaders, we hold a unique position in our workplace communities. For some, we embody what family looks like at work. Let’s take the time to check in, offer support, and show appreciation for our team members who may be struggling. A simple gesture, a kind word, or even just being present can make a meaningful difference. Let’s embrace the spirit of the season by being there for one another. Together, we can create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Wishing everyone a holiday season filled with warmth, kindness, and connection. ❤️🎄 #Leadership #Compassion #HolidaySeason #MentalHealthMatters

The holiday season can spark joy and togetherness, but it can also spark change. As we continue our team’s gratitude series, Michaela Ranaldi Bearden discusses seasons of transition and change and how we can have gratitude for new perspectives. “This past August, two of our three kids moved out for the school year—our oldest to college out of state and the youngest to Italy for a high school year abroad. Our third is adjusting to being the only child at home. Meanwhile, I’ve stepped into my role at InnerWill, and my husband is stepping into a new role within his company. While we sometimes feel overwhelmed by all of the moving parts, I find myself deeply grateful for this season of transition - and often enjoying it! For me, it’s a reminder that change is a source of growth. Transition offers new perspectives and it's important to slow down to reflect and savor the moments. Change is a constant character in our lives. Embrace it, learn from it, and adapt to your new surroundings. If you're in a season of change, how are you embracing the journey?” #change #inspiration #leadership #valuesbasedleadership

Another food post, Laura? Ok, I do love food posts, but no, this one is about GRATITUDE! I find it’s easy to get caught up in goals, deadlines, and numbers these days. But when we take the time to appreciate those around us—whether it's our team, clients, or partners—we create an environment where relationships thrive, collaboration flourishes, and success becomes a shared journey. Here are a few reasons why gratitude is critical in business today: ✳️ Fosters Stronger Relationships: Simply put, “thank you” goes a long way in strengthening professional bonds and building trust. ✳️ Boosts Motivation: Recognizing the efforts of others encourages progress. ✳️ Enhances Company Culture: When gratitude is woven into the fabric of an organization, it cultivates a positive, supportive atmosphere that attracts top talent and drives creativity and innovation. ✳️ Encourages Growth: By acknowledging the contributions of others, we open ourselves up to evolving together. Gratitude is not just a nicety—it's a mindset that can transform the way we do business, helps us achieve goals, and lifts others along the way. What are you grateful for in your business today? ✨ Today, I am grateful to Eugene McCormick and the Passle team for this gorgeous and delicious box of gratitude they sent me, courtesy of The British Hamper Company. Thank you for thinking of me and for introducing me to this wonderful company when I’m looking to send some gratitude to others in the future. How did they know my little one is home sick this week and could use a little warm tea and a sweet to help her feel better? 🙏 #GratitudeInBusiness #PositiveCulture #ThankYou #Gratitude

This week’s Butterfly Star* is….. Dennis LaRue Jr.! Insightful…empowering…encouraging…kind…. Dennis has a wonderful way of sharing ideas that not only help people grow but shares ways that help them thrive in life – starting with the importance of habits. “Daily habits impact your character, circumstances, and for leaders, their culture.” He makes you think about the kind of legacy you are leaving. “What does ‘leaving the earth empty’ look like? It means giving everything you have—everything that’s been entrusted to you. All that you are and all that you have came from God, meant to be shared, not hoarded.” “Reflect on this: the gifts you hold aren’t yours to keep. They were given to you to invest in others. When you exhaust yourself in service to others, you don’t end up empty—you end up fulfilled.” “So ask yourself: What gifts have you been given? Who are you investing them in? When will you start? When will you finally go all in and run your race?” “The time is now. Don’t leave anything behind. Live fully, give fully, and when your race is done, leave this world empty.” He helps people recognize the importance of making others feel seen, heard, and valued. “Leadership isn't just about correcting what's wrong—it's about cultivating an environment where people feel valued for their contributions.” “By focusing on positive reinforcement and genuine appreciation, leaders can transform workplace dynamics, improve morale, and inspire teams to perform at their best.” “When we focus more on catching people doing things right, we create a culture where people don’t just endure the workweek—they thrive in it.” Thank you, Dennis, for caring the way you do, for sharing kindness with others, and for wanting to help others get the most out of life! You are appreciated! 🦋 * A “Butterfly Star” is someone who gives value to others and shares hope and love. It’s a way to honor someone who is making a “heart difference” in the world. #butterflystar
