🎥 EOA Conference Insights 🎤 Today, our CEO Jonathan Winchester took the stage at the eoa Conference, sharing key findings from our mystery shop of 60 brands in attendance on handling new business enquiries. Key takeaways: 1️⃣ Answer the phone! 50% of calls never got a callback. 2️⃣ In 50% of calls, we spoke immediately to an “expert.” 3️⃣ Of those promised a callback from an “expert,” only 55% received one. 4️⃣ 90% of calls were handled with empathy and understanding—a big win! 5️⃣ Only 67% of promised information was sent after the conversation. 6️⃣ None occurred in the 10% of cases where follow-up was promised.
