Confirm receipt of DDF page. Knowledge of Same day vs. Scheduled Services. Understanding Clients needs for services and how to create customer satisfaction by providing same day service. Prioritize STAT Exams as identified by Client and Protocols. Prioritize cases for “STAT”, ASAP and PRIORITY homes efficiently. Communicate and report problems to the Call Center Supervisor and respective Field Manager. Assist Technologist with a variety of daily needs (directions, case type and client info etc.).
