With #SHRM24 conference concluded last Wednesday, I reflected on my learning experience during the conference. As much as the informative sessions by many presenters, I found the conversations with my fella conference participants were the most impactful. As a #HRD researcher who is interested in workplace learning and workforce development from the DE&I lens, I also found reflection plays a significant role after such intensive learning opportunity. Regardless the learning was formal or informal, letting the knowledge settled helps me focus on my development. Besides self-reflecting, reflecting with people who I trust and know helps me narrow down my short-term goals. This made me wonder- 1. How many people whom you trust in the workplace that you feel comfortable being open and share your workplace learning reflection?  2.
