2moAsking for a friend; how does energy preference(s), expression and dynamics add up with trauma management? Is this something you have a focus on? Asking cause people with PTSD (or other consequences of trauma) will actually suffer acknowledging this model as they are poorly equiped to put in place it’s strategies. The frustrations can get pretty unbearable (depending on how deep you go into the model). The staightfowardness of the model doesn’t align with trauma interference. Trauma concerns at least 50% of the world population, consciously or unconsciously.
