One of the key learning I took was that we all have all 4 energies within us… but some energies come easy to us, without much effort, natural and ‘2nd nature’ perhaps, becoming our preference - also depending on circumstances, our energy preference may change? And we are needed to ‘dig deeper’ utilising more energy/focus in demonstrating a particular colour energy… our least preferred energy, again depending on circumstances, situation and environment (people around us).
We find that the Insights Discovery tools and colour profiles are a perfect fit to our customized teambuilding and team development programmes. A great method to help colleagues to interact and open up to each other. 🙌🏻🙏🏻
