Insights - I host sessions on "The Power of Introversion." Regardless of personal preference, we study and work to emulate the best practices of introversion. Those with a preference for introversion feel empowered as they advise more extraverted colleagues. I usually conclude with, "Let's get the extraverts out of their comfort zone. Next time you are in a brainstorming meeting - extraverts - do not say anything until at least 3 other people have spoken." When known extraverts are eager to speak, say "Looks like you have some great ideas bubbling. Let's have you share them in another 5 minutes." (Or any other delay tactic that gives them acknowledgement without letting them take over.)

There are some really useful tip here and always good to remind leaders and organisations that people will perceive and react to change differently.
