Being a founder has this weird and often difficult contrast. It’s this strange combination of both being a slog and being exhilarating. Maintaining that exhilaration is both a function of endurance and, I think, an essential skill, as it powers your most valuable asset: agility. Late last summer we kept hearing from our academic medical center partners that they were struggling with onboarding and retaining new clinical research workers. In a matter of 1 month, our team launched and developed a pilot program with one of these sites - a major hospital system. Today, one quarter later, they’ve signed on for the year and 5x+ the revenue. It's these types of wins that keep that exhilaration alive! #clinicaltrials #clinicalresearch #research #healthcare #healthequity
