We 🧡our amazing interns @ Group M7, Inc.. I had some of the most amazing internships during college and love giving back to the next generation of professionals that way. We follow 3 simple rules: 1️⃣: We pay our interns 2️⃣: They work on REAL client projects and get to walk away from their internship with a larger protfolio or new skillsets 3️⃣: We want them to have fun and enjoy coming to work too. After all, they usually trade their well deserved summer break for sitting in an office all day Internships are required to complete most degrees in Europe and I think US higher ed institutions should consider it too. #justmyopinion But for now, we will do our best to provide more internship opportunities to students that are driven and ready to put their classroom knowledge to good use. #interns #internships #agencyinternships

Over the past few weeks, I have had a challenging – yet super fun – journey of working with the Sales Planning Team in the Commercial Department, North Region. Led by the amazing Malik Waqas Ali Khan, we collaborated on exciting projects that will shape the future of Jazz 💫 To begin, I had the privilege of working alongside talented colleagues who made every day memorable. Shout-out to Faisal Khan Sadozai, Umair Ali Khan, Bushra Quddus, Bushra Aamir, Riaz Hussain Chaudhry, Abdul Basit Malik, Osman Babar, Syed Muhammad Shakeel, SHRM-SCP and Mah rukh! Together, we collaborated as a team, found innovative solutions, and laughed over countless cups of coffee. Here’s what I learned: When diverse minds come together, magic happens. ✨ I led and successfully completed two impactful projects for the team: ❶ KPI Performance Dashboard for all Sales Levels: It showed insights including KPI Percentage Completion, YOY & VLM Comparison, Historical Timelines and Parallel Comparison, and revealed patterns that couldn't be seen with the naked eye. Trust the data—it's your compass. ❷ Cell Site Revenue Dashboard: It showcased Site Type Segregation, Revenue Bracket Comparison, LRS and NRO Site Details, and helped the team to transform raw numbers into actionable insights. Remember, a well-designed dashboard speaks volumes. During my internship, I also embarked on a personal growth journey by taking up LinkedIn for Learning courses from mastering data analytics to refining my communication skills. I dove headfirst into diverse topics. Whether it's a new coding language or a soft skill, continuous learning keeps you relevant. Invest in yourself—it's the best ROI. 🌟 A big thank you to the entire Jazz family for their support, mentorship, and encouragement. It's time for our #internshiphighlight of the week! This week, we are introducing Alex Gillette. Alex's hard work and creativity have been invaluable this fall. What skills have you gained from your current internship at TREND? I would say collaborating with others in a professional environment might be one of the most important things I have learned. Also, using analytic tools such as Spotify for Artists and Instagram/TikTok insights to test strategies for different marketing campaigns has been a particularly illuminating experience for me. What is your favorite aspect of your internship? What I enjoy most about my internship at TREND is the guided freedom it offers. I’ve had the chance to experiment with different approaches to brand management and digital marketing. More importantly, the supportive work environment stands out to me. Everyone at TREND has been incredibly friendly and patient as I learn industry best practices. What inspired you to pursue a career in the music industry? Music has always been a core part of my life, so combining my passion for it with digital marketing feels like the perfect fit. I have successfully completed my first task during my internship at Tripple one solutions 🎉 Over the past few weeks, I've had the incredible opportunity to contribute to various social media and digital marketing projects during my internship at Tripple one solutions Here's a snapshot of what I've been working on: 🔹 Social Media Strategy: Developed a targeted content plan for a small business, optimizing engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 🔹 Creative Captions: Crafted engaging posts highlighting upskilling programs across various platforms to boost user engagement. 🔹 Nike Social Media Audit: Analyzed Nike’s social presence and recommended strategies to enhance real-time interaction and community management. This experience has significantly honed my skills in social media management, digital strategy, and brand engagement.
