Weekends as a whole can impact our progress. It can be difficult to stay as consistent outside of our usual routine. Here are some tips: -Portion size with some of these foods. Why not include a chocolate bar or 2 biscuits at the weekend. -Prioritise fast food and alcohol for big events like holidays, weddings etc. -Be prepared. It can be hard to cook at the weekend so meal prep can always be done beforehand to better prepare.

2moHorrible company to work for. After having me do supervisor position for a year telling me "if i work hard i will get promoted" he never promoted me or gave me a raise. I was here doing 12 hour shifts sometimes 5 days a week just to help out and prove myself but all that was a waste of my 2 year because at the end I was constantly disrespected due to the distract manager hiring 2 horrible male workers who constantly looked for reasons to get rid of me or make me leave
