If you have 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow and are passionate about it, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for clients, refining client requirements, troubleshooting and resolving ServiceNow issues, providing training and support to clients, and staying up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow developments. Qualifications we are looking for include 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM, ITAM, and/or Integrations, a strong understanding of ServiceNow technology, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication and presentation skills.
