What is your best advice for those attending larger conferences? I will be attending the ServiceNow Knowledge conference in early May and would like to hear experienced opinions/tips on how I can really get the most out of it. Primary objectives: 1. Using/improving features already accessible today. 2. Learning how to build for scalability. 3. Avoid ‘fluff’ or ‘buzzword’ filled content. Thanks!

Advice for 1st time #ServiceNow #Knowledge attendees - Plan your itinerary WAY in advance. Great sessions fill quickly - Don't over-optimize. A ton of Knowledge's value is networking, which you can't schedule. - Be at peace that there's no way you can take in everything. You can't even take in a fraction of what will be there. - Network network network. Also network. - Look people in their eyes when you meet them. Say their name back to them. End the next few questions with their name. This will help you remember. - If you're in sessions or keynotes, take notes. You'll be amazed what you re-remember after a week. EDIT: Tip from Frank Treml - Go to the evening events. Relationships will be the most valuable asset you acquire from Knowledge. Frank and I met at K11. That's 13 years of friendship!
