I ask questions, listen attentively, and provide valuable feedback based on my expertise. This approach ensures that the solutions we discuss are genuinely beneficial for their workforce.

The easiest and simplest thing you can do for your law firm today that could save you thousands, or possibly even more? Secret shop it. Act as a mystery shopper and gather as much insight and knowledge as possible about the quality of your customer service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency... Start with the intake process or system you've built and pressure test it. Most of the time, it's not nearly as well-oiled or frictionless as you think it is. If it is, reward and praise your intake, sales, or service delivery teams accordingly. If it isn't, you can now address the issues you discovered head-on based on your direct experience. Either way, it's a great opportunity that requires minimal investment to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future operational procedures. 🤫 #lawyers #attorneys #lawfirms

This advice will save you soooo much time and hassle, also save you money AND increase your employee engagement. It’s also really really simple. But sadly so overlooked. The advice: Nip issues in the bud at the early stages. It truely is that simple!! But believe me, during my 16 years in HR, I have seen SO many grievances, performance issues, conduct issues etc etc that COULD have been resolved early on. And the frustrating thing is that either the issue was just ignored, or people failed to spot the signs. And by the time it comes to me, it’s too late. There is either a full blown grievance, a huge performance issue, or an employee who is disengaging the team around them. So - if you want to save your business money, time and engagement issues, then my best advice is to get in contact with me as soon as you spot the signs, to help you resolve issues before they blow up. Your business and your bank account will thank you for it 😉

They can do the work when & how they want it There are enough shitty, exploiting agencies out there, we don’t want to add to the stat. If you’re running a business, remember that your business will only be as successful as your team will.
