This surge is largely fueled by the growing awareness and emphasis on mental health. As people worldwide grapple with increasing stress, anxiety, and depression, the pursuit of happiness has become a more prominent topic in both personal and societal discussions. Key Factors Driving the Focus on Happiness: 1. 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: A greater understanding of the importance of mental health has led to increased recognition that happiness is not merely the absence of sadness, but a state of well-being that encompasses emotional, psychological, and social factors. 2. 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲: While social media can connect people and provide opportunities for happiness, it can also contribute to feelings of isolation, comparison, and FOMO (fear of missing out). This has sparked conversations about the impact of technology on mental health and the pursuit of happiness. 3.
