New online medical referral site Zable Health includes patient out of pockets for initial consultations. Price has no bearing on quality and it is important consumers have tools to help them and their GP find the right clinician for them. Patients in the private health system have the right to choose their clinician but exercising that choice can be difficult due to a lack of information on price and performance.
