🚀 Helping CEOs achieve remarkable growth by scaling operations profitably | Advisor | Fractional COO | Integrator 🌐 Creator of The Panoramic Operations Roadmap | Start with a 60-minute advisory call | DM to chat
If you're a business owner wondering if it's time to hire a second-in-command, you've likely heard this advice: • Consider hiring a COO when you reach a million dollars. • Wait to add another leader to your team until you have the right balance of doers. • Get clear about the type of second-in-command you need first. In general, this is good advice. 🚫 It is also risky to wait to get the support of an expert in operations until you have ALL the answers. ✅ Instead, be on the lookout for the warning signs indicating you need an operations advisor. 5 Signs You'd Benefit from an Operations Advisor • You aren't sure where to start to build a team. You're wondering if you need a team leader, executive assistant, project manager, or sales rep. • You are nervous about outsourcing what you do to part-time and full-time contributors. You're worried the quality will decline and tarnish your brand. • You wish you knew if your project management system was the best option for scaling. You're wondering if it could be easier to use. • You have a system and worry it is clunky, not client-friendly, and not fully used. You know there is a better way. • You aren't sure you have the time to train and onboard new employees. You don't want to disappoint the new hires. Good news there is a way to have some peace of mind. Imagine having an operations Swiss army knife for your business – someone experienced in advising owners like you, improving consistency, and simplifying processes to scale. Someone who shows up when you need them with capabilities in client service, sales, marketing, finance, technology, project management, talent development, and creating collaborative environments to achieve operational excellence. 🚀 It's possible to have the support you need to focus on what matters: growing your business. Are you curious about how a fractional COO can support you and your business? 👉 Book a call with the link in my profile.

Sales Professional | Expert in Client Relations & Multi-Year Renewals | FinTech & Mid-Market Specialist
Hi LinkedIn Family! When I secured my first full-time job as a sales professional at Enterprise in 2018, my father advised me to "always advance my expertise through continuous learning." With over 5 years of experience as a sales professional, I’ve had the privilege of engaging with a diverse range of industries, including financial services in FinTech. My focus has been on nurturing strong client relationships within mid-market sectors such as M&A, legal, corporate legal departments, pharmaceuticals, real estate, energy, and government. Managing multi-year renewals and partnering with account executives to upsell clients to premier secure document management and collaboration solutions has been both challenging and immensely rewarding. Guided by my grandmother’s sage advice, “The know-it-all knows nothing,” I am committed to the relentless pursuit of knowledge and self-improvement. This mindset continually drives me to refine and enhance my skills. I am thrilled to announce that I have recently completed the Rice University Relationship Management course on Coursera. This prestigious program explores the nuanced art of relationship management and essential leadership soft skills through four key modules: Communications: Mastering advanced interpersonal interactions and the art of giving and receiving feedback. Building Power and Influence: Strategies for cultivating and leveraging influence within organizational structures. Managing Conflict: Techniques for adeptly navigating and resolving conflicts with strategic finesse. Conducting Effective Meetings: Best practices for ensuring meetings are both impactful and efficient. The Communications module has particularly sharpened my ability to deliver and receive feedback, significantly enhancing team performance. Additionally, the Active Listening techniques have empowered me to overcome communication barriers, fostering more effective interactions with clients and colleagues. These newly acquired skills are not just theoretical—they are practical tools that will elevate my client interactions and facilitate smoother negotiations. They will also strengthen my future leadership endeavors, enabling me to lead with greater empathy, clarity, and strategic insight. I am excited to apply these insights to both my current role and future leadership opportunities. Here’s to the ongoing journey of growth and the pursuit of excellence! 📈 Also, one thing I have learned from Kaizen is emphasizing incremental improvements and ongoing learning. By applying these principles, I can continuously refine my approach to client interactions, ensuring I consistently address their evolving needs and preferences. More importantly achieving the overall goal! This proactive approach builds trust and deepens client relationships. #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment #SalesExcellence #ClientSuccess #FinTech #ContinuousLearning #ClientRelations #StrategicGrowth #OpenToNetwork

M.D - Sanderson Facilities Ltd: Committed to top-tier installation & maintenance for commercial & industrial assets. Exceeding client expectations throughout the UK.
I'm reaching out to my network for advice. I've had great support in business decisions before and would love to hear people's opinions, especially those who have walked this path or have gone through various growth stages. 🙌💼 Six months ago, I reached out to my network and, after taking people's advice, decided to hire David Haddock. He has become a vital part of our team, and we’ve seen new clients onboarded and new relationships formed in his role as BDM. 🤝🚀 Historically, as a business, we’ve specialized in reactive, planned, and PPM works, dealing with projects up to £100,000 on average. The time has now come to grow this side of the business. We get approached daily regarding projects, and when we visit various events, it’s always a topic of conversation. 📈💬 The question I have for my network is: David Haddock isn’t from an engineering background but is excellent with customers and has strong sales experience. I’m looking to hire someone who can quote for works, deal with projects from start to finish, and also manage a team that will solely work on the project side of the business. Whose role would this fall under? I’d like them to work in conjunction with myself and David Haddock, who’s bringing the clients onboard, and then the new hire would take on the role of executing the projects through to completion. 🤔🔧 Would this fall under the remit of a project manager, to bring in works, manage, and also oversee the team, while David Haddock would continue to bring clients/projects into the funnel? Let me hear your thoughts. Currently, we have small projects ongoing, but this new hire will ultimately be helping to build that side of the business with the support of myself and David Haddock. 💪🏗️ #BusinessGrowth #ProjectManagement #Sales #TeamBuilding #Networking #BusinessDevelopment #CareerAdvice #Entrepreneurship #Engineering #PPM #ClientRelations #BusinessStrategy #Leadership #Hiring #NewOpportunities

As an executive coach, I lead a professional training & development company. We improve operations, the bottom line, leadership/management/culture & productivity. Focused on ROI, we listen, coach, train, mentor, advise.
I’m looking for partnerships. Please humor me. We’re at the time of the year when I start getting requests for proposals to do training/development in the fall, or proposals whose purpose is to get training/development budgets lined up and approved for next year. Sometimes these companies are looking to take our proposal and use it to seek a training/development grant from a city or state or industrial resource center (IRC) or local government. Sometimes the company is a NYC-based company and is planning to submit a training request to SBS (Small Business Services, an agency of New York City government) so it can be approved for up to 70% reimbursement. As a professional training and development company we are looking for companies (usually $5-$150 million in revenue) who want a training/development partner. Our team (all of whom have 30+ years’ experience) can provide training/mentoring/coaching/consulting in: · Process improvement (Lean Six Sigma) · Project Management · Leadership & Management · Communication, Collaboration, Team Building · Presentation Skills · Diversity, Equity and Inclusion · Productivity, including stress reduction, emotional control, avoiding distractions, growth mindset, time management Do you know of a company looking for a partner relationship for a completely customized and ROI-based approach: · To lifting their employees so they are ready for the next stage of growth, · To retain employees (saving money and retaining customers) · To build a culture of opportunity, high morale, a growth mindset, and inclusivity Please let’s arrange a conversation. Please message me on LinkedIn or send me an email. #communication #executivecoaching #leadershipdevelopment #leadershipcoaching #professionaltraining&development #trainingpartner #leansixsigma #projectmanagement
