We're a month removed from our most recent FERMÀT off-site and I'm still stuck on a huge takeaway from that event:
The biggest learnings always come from people outside of the company.
We were grateful to have a few customers (and great friends) come to Denver and speak about their experiences using FERMAT.
Shoutout to Bryan from Nood and Erin from Caddis for coming down to speak.
By having real customers speak, we were able to extract valuable insights that we can turn into future actions.
The answered questions such as:
➝ Which areas of the product are excelling the most for actual users?
➝ Where might the shortcomings of FERMAT be affecting their business?
➝ What do customers want to see more of in the future?
➝ Is our account management strategy effective, or does it need improvement?
Hearing from these partners sparked more ideas and enthusiasm in our team than any speech I could give—trust me, I saw their reactions
It was exactly what we needed to push our off-site over the edge and we're certainly going to make this an ongoing ritual going forward.
