YOY can I not get you to understand we need you to open up the proximity I’ve been trying to tell you for a long time sitting in the proximately. The parking lot does not get us priority anymore. It hasn’t for a long time and until you do something about the bots, it will not be back anytime soon. we could literally sit in a parking lot with anywhere from 5 to 7 batches per hour and still not get a batch because of the people with the bots. Also, another thing you could do is like I said, make some up all of them. Because we do end up getting something it actually has a decent amount of money attached. It’s got heavy or it’s got alcohol or it’s got apartment or it’s got two stores. Make them all like that make the people using the bots have to choose. Which would leave us with more batches to choose from or any at all in some cases. So why? I don’t understand what your hesitation is because you’re better shoppers are out here trying to get orders, but we can’t.

this is how bad the people using the bots are screwing up your system. I’m working a batch. I get a message saying you recommend I start as I’m almost done. Turns out it’s an add-on, which doesn’t even come up for like a brief time. There’s also a nine dollar one 16 units and going in 7 miles not a good ad on was that way because there was no tip. you need to fix your system so it doesn’t say that every time you’re doing add-ons, especially since you haven’t even had a chance to look at the add-on and you haven’t selected it or not. And when you do add-ons, they should complement your batch, not be an insult to your batch. because the batch I got was 1.8 miles seven units and $21. That’s an insult to my first customer. If your second customer chooses not to tip, those should never be add-ons. I know tips are not required, but customers need to realize that they’re not necessary tipping us. They’re helping her pay for gas. they had to. So nine dollars for 16 units going 7 miles is not acceptable.

The other day I had a difficult customer and even support thought she was difficult and she went in and basically lied about me not falling directions and then started picking other things that didn’t even apply. I’m sure that the support person reported something but trust and safety didn’t decide to actually investigate the customer. not your shoppers the way she treated me and especially since I’ve done so much to bring money into this company and every customers when they’re being difficult. So trust and safety needs just been more time actually going after people that are the problem and not just sending out emails to people who didn’t even realize that did anything wrong. Do better.

whomever created the system of how the batches are sent out needs to reevaluate things. If it’s a person they need to logically go back and figure things out or maybe come work out here for a month and figure out why some batches just sit there. It is not just the non-tippers that are sitting there. to not only take the timing, which is what we hear into. Since we get paid for the bat issued account for a lot more than that. I can tell you just by watching these batches and snapping screenshots of them. There are better ways of putting some of these batches together. Batches that are going in two different directions should not be going together because you’re adding extra miles. It’s not a timely manner.batches large amounts from two different stores don’t make sense. If you have a larger batch and a smaller batch and they’re both going in the same general direction even if they’re from two different stores that makes the most sense you do the large batch first you pick up a few items in the store and then you head over there and then you drop off and drop off. That makes the best for the customer that makes the best for the shopper and most likely for your batches to be picked up.

Why is it that I can’t get through to Instacart that if you don’t open up the proximity, you’re causing us not cheating with bots to not be able to get batches at some point to the day even though we weren’t being bombarded with messages telling us to move to certain spots. It doesn’t help to move there all the time most of the time it doesn’t help. Because we will only get the bashes if they determine if they don’t want to do it. By not opening up the proximity you limit us to either going there on a sitting there for any length of time and not getting anything or sitting somewhere else possibly getting something possibly not. But if you open up proximity, you’ll at least give us a chance of getting something somewhere somewhere.

know what I think it’s pretty messed up that I’m asking for help. I’m giving you guys advice and how to possibly run things a little bit smoother. I give you information when doors are closing. What’s going on out here and it seems to be going on deaf ears. we’re supposed to be a community of shoppers and you say you care about what the shoppers want but it doesn’t seem that way. I can’t even get you to so much is increase the font on the mileage and the unit item count so those of us that are older and have readers can actually see them when we driving because you guys end up sending us lots of batches when we’re driving because sitting in the parking lot doesn’t help because there’s so many bots and stuff and we can literally sit in a parking lot and be the first person in the parking lot still watch eight people going with batches did you have up with them. I know companies are about making money, but I’m is to help you make money and save money. And you guys might think I’m some shopper but when I do I do it well I always try to find ways to help myself and the company better, but it’s hard for me to do better when I can’t get you guys to help me even get batches

I think it’s pretty messed up that you guys think it’s OK that I sat here in the morning. Drop happens at 9:00 AM. We don’t cheat. Don’t even get to see anything till least 917 920. No I just sat out here with it busy from 9:17 to 10:27 that’s an hour and 10 minutes. i’m also in the Walmart parking lot as well. All I got from there was a $10 note tip back in the same time. But not one batch for Costco. So don’t tell me there’s not an issue. Don’t tell me about how it’s priority versus whatever. Because I’m sitting in the parking lot which the CEO wanted, but doesn’t make it a priority. The only priority out here is if you have a bot and you’re working these groups with the multiple phones in the bot.tell me where this is fair

let me see this once for those in the back that may not have heard. Can’t do batches if we can’t get them. We can sit in busy spots at storage that have batches and not get anything because of the people cheating with the bots and the multiple phones. Since it is obviously, even though you’ve been telling us for four years, you’re gonna do something about it and then you let it get completely out of control you’re not gonna do anything about them. The least you could do for the people that I’m cheating is open up the proximity so that we can see bashes, possibly I’m not even entirely. I’m asking for 3 mile radius around me. One position I get 17 stores if they had batches that I would be able to do them. So if you could customers that I’m getting their batches done or not getting their batches done well you can let them know it’s because you won’t open up the proximity and your shoppers are sitting in their car not getting anything.

when you set up vouches with long distances, you should set up your system to recognize how long it’s going to take and also allow for an extra probably at least 10 minutes on those, especially if it’s during commute hours. Because it took me a little bit longer because I took the city Street instead of the freeways that were red most of the way, which meant it was probably going to take longer. also, if you’re going to have it come up to ask what’s wrong you should have a way for us to respond without having to go through support because that’s just gonna hold us up even longer. That way you can get a generalization otherwise we can say the traffic and times or whatever the other reasons are. For the most part, most of us are not trying to thissystem, we’re just trying to do our best with the situation we have

Today is August 8 note this date. I was at Costco was Busy four times. On the four times I was there. I got offered one batch. Also in the Walmart parking lot. The maximum stores have a lot of batches. The problem is even though put in good places that I should be getting patches. There’s only one reason that I am not getting bad not because there’s no batches. It is because of all the people using box and multiple phones. I talked about other shoppers that I know that don’t use the bot or multiple phones goes about the same as mine doesn’t matter which area of town they are at, it pretty much is about the same. It is not fair. We only get bashes. They don’t wanna do. That means that we get to sit around with nothing for a long time and then we get the harder batches, more heavy stuff, with more apartments with more distance and sometimes multiples of those. And then we have multiple times where we get nothing no matter where we are. Remind you there’s more than 40 different stores in the Instacart catalog, in the stores there’s more than 250 locations in the county. But because of them we can’t get batches unless these groups don’t want to do it.
