do you know the screen that tells you you’re in a good spot. You really need to get rid of that until you get rid of the bots. Or the matter of fact, if you don’t have a bot, no spot as good. Doesn’t matter which county you’re in. Does it matter which store you sit at. you sit at a great spot for both Costco and Walmart for an hour even more and not get anything. And if you do, there’s no reason for celebration because now you just spent an hour to the bottom of the barrel. The batches they didn’t want to do. So now you lost an hour and now you have to spend more time wasted making very little money because that’s all they left you.

again, I was in a busy area for Instacart and you again. I got nothing so far this morning. I have taken two batches because there was an hour and a half where I got nothing. And all the stores passed to get back to the spot Walmart because you’re constantly saying they’re busy constantly not getting batches. When is Instacart going to take this seriously and do something about them. What are you trying to figure out who they are, though it is very evidence. In the meantime, you could accept the batches so that their bots can’t grab everything. You can open up the proximity, which would give us a higher radius of batches that they don’t take to be able to access. one of the things might actually start showing us batches that are in the busy areas. Batches might not sit there and act gets her orders. And then customers wouldn’t have to wait two or three days to place an order because you don’t think there’s anyone available to do the orders. The promise is because of the bots we can’t see them. We can’t do batches we can’t see. And the telling us where it’s busy doesn’t help because with her ability to hide batches, you don’t know which ones are available which ones are not. The only ones do are them.

I think I’ve mentioned this before, but the amount of people that are abusing the cancellation system. They know how to work this system. They know that they need to stay under 15% the people with the bottom in the multiple phones have that many more chances of doing cancellations of customers off of doubles and chuckles that they don’t wanna do. Maybe someone should keep track of how often people go up and down their percentages. How often they call in saying oh but the customers mean to me. Because those people should be deactivated. If they’re not gonna do the batch as taken, then they should not take the batch. Only a few reasons they should be canceling anyone off of a batch. On orders where the single item or if there’s only a few items and the customer doesn’t want to do is not available

I need someone to Instacart explain to me how I’m supposed to get batches done when I’m not being offered batches because of people using bots. Though I did get a total of eight between 6 AM and 3 PM. One was barely in the 20s going about 30 miles and the only other one above $19 was a double customer double store. Now I went through about half the county over here trying to find batches can’t get bashes at Walmart. Can’t get batches at Costco. Can’t get batches at sprouts can’t get batches and Safeway the only ones can get these ones going Santa Cruz, which is about 30 miles away. Which means 30 miles driving back without the opportunity of getting any more batches during that time and that’s if an accident doesn’t happen on the two that are there. I just want to work. I want to be able to get batches that are like everybody else’s. Doubles, triples I need someone to understand what’s going on out here and it’s not just my area. It is disheartening to walk into the store and see multiple people I’m talking five or more people with batches when you didn’t get offered any of them.

almost an hour of sitting in three different spots that were “busy“. Sprouts, Walmart Costco. When I got there, they were both busy. Then Costco went away and Walmart was busy then Walmart went away and Costco was busy. And that whole time I got offered a eight dollar batch for sprouts and he’s $7.99 batch for Safeway. That is it. It almost looks like you guys are messing with me. I could just be the bots. either way doesn’t look good for Instacart because I am taking screenshot of everything. I worked too hard on every batch I guess which isn’t many because the only ones I get are the ones they don’t want. I don’t appreciate it after almost 13,000 orders. This is the way I’m being treated. But then again it could be the box you know the ones that weren’t prevalent until now they’re out of control.

do you know the screen that says moved recommended stores. The one that could help me going in three different directions. The one that doesn’t mean that there’s going to be any batches once you get there. The one that tells you once you get there or could be anywhere from one to five or 5 to 15 minutes to get a batch.how can you tell me just be 1 to 5 minutes or 5 to 15 minutes after I’ve driven anywhere from 5 to 20 miles to the store when you don’t even even know what’s going on near me? Think about how unrealistic this sounds

so yet another Saturday at Costco and I had to wait to get a batch here. This is after waiting three hours to get a batch that was over $15 that wasn’t going at at least six or more miles or batches between 20 and $40 going in excess of 28 to 35 miles. there are plenty of batches first thing in the morning for Costco. But I have seven Costco‘s and I can’t get better than the 20 something dollars usually doubles. The only reason I got a single this time was because there are cases of water. Oh and yeah, your system needs to learn to calculate when there’s five cases of water. It needs to be five times the amount on the CRV not just one case so that it doesn’t cause your decline and then you have to waste time calling and listen to all the pleasantries before they get to the point. meanwhile, all the people who stole all the batches are in the rushing around because they know that they have another batch that they have hidden until they get that one done to go back to. You can always tell when they have batches to go to because they rush around like they have no brain, and if they don’t, then they dawdle around the store. Meanwhile, I spend a lot of the day doing low dollar preferably low miles because gas does cost money.

at this point, Instacart needs to hope I get 30 hours on the clock this week. Because if I lose out on the quarterly medical payment because I couldn’t get batches because they were being hidden by the people using the bots they’re going to pay it to me anyway I will just have to fight it. Because I know your system is gonna say well you didn’t get 30 hours every week. Well, some weeks I did getting excessive but in the last couple weeks it’s been really hard even though I’ve been out here in excess of 45to 48 hours trying to get 30 hours in. because I don’t think I should get punished by not getting that when it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t get batches. If I’m in a busy area or for that matter, if I’m at Costco or Walmart, there should be no reason that I shouldn’t see batches.

well, the bots are affecting your system even worse than before. Because I just got a bath with a boost when I didn’t even see the original batch and I’m in the parking lot and happened in the parking lot. You need to do something about them because this is getting ridiculousbecause they’re not allowing us to see much of anything not even low dollar ones. And it is growing across on the states more and more and more. And these people are losing new customers. Unless that’s what you want.

i’m in the belief if you’re offering me an add-on that I should be able to accept it before you send it out to someone else. I have too many times where it says something went wrong so it’s either you’re offering it to someone else or your system is glitching. But only seems to do it when it’s a decent batchor a decent add-on. You need to fix that. Because there was a $22 add-on which would’ve been nice since considering that I had two hours this morning that the bot stole batches for me and then another hour later in the day. Do better.
