It's Women in Construction Week! WIC Week™, or Women in Construction Week™, celebrates and promotes the role of women in the construction industry. NAWIC held the first WIC Week in 1998 and it has grown and expanded each year since.  BDG Architects agrees that increasing the visibility of women on job sites is pivotal in reshaping the narrative and normalizing their presence in this historically underrepresented environment. As companies recognize the value of diversity and actively include women, they contribute to fostering an inclusive environment within the construction industry.
