Happy New Year colleagues! 🎉 A reminder that on Friday 14th February, 2025, Joseph M. Cheer, Emma Power and I will be bringing together academic and government colleagues for a Precarious Labour Geographies Symposium at Western Sydney University's Parramatta City Campus. We are looking forward to hearing from some exceptional keynote speakers on the day at this in-person only event, including: ⭐ Dr Kaya Barry, Griffith University ⭐ Dr Shelagh Mooney, School of Hospitality and Tourism, Auckland University of Technology ⭐ Dr James Cockayne, NSW Anti-Slavery Commissioner, and ⭐ Enrico Vera Cruz, Jobs and Skills Australia We have accepted many excellent papers from Australian and international colleagues working on this topic and are looking forward to a very productive and collegial event. Abstract submissions are now closed, and we are unable to include any further speakers.
