In these challenging times, with rising costs and increasing tax burdens wherever we look, it's absolutely right that the Institute of Hospitality brings some much needed positivity to our profession, and our latest sold out "Above & Beyond" event did just that, with a discussion about "Falling in Love with Hospitality" hosted by the wonderful team at The Goring hotel in London last night.
