The implementation of IOH’s nutritional culture forms one of the pillars of the evidence-based foundations of all the Institutes’ programs and is engineered to help patients understand the connection between a healthy lifestyle and addressing chronic conditions. It also aims to provide insight into the relationship between implementing healthy eating patterns and the impact on health promotion. Most importantly, the design assists individuals in adopting and sustaining healthy behaviors such as improving diet, increasing activity, managing stress, and sleeping well as forms of prevention and intervention.
