🌟Personal Experience: Creating Joy through Choices🌟 Throughout my life, I have come to realize the immense power we have to shape our own joy through the choices we make. A few months ago,I realized that something had to change. It was a pivotal moment when I understood that the power to create my own joy resided within me. By taking ownership of my joy and making choices aligned with my values and passions, I experienced a tremendous shift in my overall well-being. It was empowering to realize that I held the key to unlocking my own joy, and that my choices had the ability to shape my reality. Since then, I strive to surround myself with positive and supportive people, engage in acts of kindness and service, and choose experiences that align with my personal growth and fulfillment. Despite the inevitable challenges that life presents, I firmly believe that my joy is within my control. This personal experience has taught me that we can become the architects of our own joy by making deliberate choices that enhance our well-being. It may require courage and a willingness to step outside of our comfort zones, but the rewards are immeasurable. Let's choose positivity, kindness, and fulfillment. When we radiate joy, we attract positive people and circumstances. When we are out of alignment with joy, we find ourselves in less joyful situations. When we notice that our thoughts and energy are out of alignment with joy, try these 3 steps: -Consciously notice your thoughts. Ask yourself, "how do I feel right now?" -Thank the thought for showing you what you don't want and for revealing/clarifying what you do want. Celebrate your desire to make this shift. -Choose the next best feeling thought, ask yourself "what is the most joyful thought I can find right now?" Choose a thought that feels realistic and possible. Let's cultivate more joy together by choosing joy, one thought at a time! 💚

Pursue Joy. At Whee! "Joy" is a deep, abiding sense of rightness and good. Some might call it the "call of the Universe" or the "whisper of God." Joy is fundamental to the Whee! Way because the energy for lasting, meaningful change comes from outside of ourselves. We must be compelled by Joy. Before I believed in Joy I tried to grit my teeth and contort myself into the person I wanted to be. This works if you are satisfied with a bizarro facsimile and are willing to erode your sanity. Not recommended. Pursuing Joy means that change is fundamentally a *discernment* process, not a *discipline* process. It is more about courage and faith versus strength of will. Fundamentally, the challenge is: "Do you believe in Joy and are you willing to risk to pursue it?" Let's tackle this challenge together!
