#transparentmoment here... I've got a vacation coming up and I'd love to have these 3 roles buttoned up before going out next Friday so I can actually unplug a bit, so I'm offering an incentive....... Refer me the "winning" candidate for any of these 3 roles and I'll send you a nice thank you 🎁 (spoiler alert - it's cash! 🤑) Who do you know that's awesome and could fit the bill for one of these fully remote Commercial Underwriter or Commercial AM opportunities?? (𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒉𝒂𝒔𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝒎𝒊𝒅-𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌𝒆𝒕 𝒐𝒓 𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒍𝒍 3; 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒔𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒃𝒊𝒛 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒔.) They don't have to be someone who's unemployed or actively looking - connect me someone who you think is great and would crush it, and I'll chat with them to see if the grass might be greener. 😁 #opportunities #insuranceopportunites #pittsburgh #pittsburghpa #floridajobs #fl #ncjobs #nc #remotework #remoteinsurancejobs #makesomemoney #bonus #referralbonus #summerfun #summerjobs #insurance #insurancecareer #remotejobs #paunderwriter #productionunderwriter #remoteunderwriterjobs #recruiterlife #insurancetalent #nbtalent #pittsburghjobs

I’m hiring! Come join our lean but mighty legal team as Corporate Counsel! I couldn't ask for a better leadership team and colleagues--some of the smartest and kindest people I have ever worked with! And I know what you're thinking: "life insurance"? Boring! But Ladder makes life insurance exciting! We saw a problem within the life insurance industry: getting covered took too long, involved too much paperwork, and required too many in-person meetings with sales agents. Having lost his father at a young age, our CEO, Jamie, was determined to make it easier for people to get the coverage they needed to provide for their families. So, we got to work. We developed a method of real-time underwriting leveraging AI and, in doing so, reduced the months-long process of applying for life insurance to minutes. Our digital experience is quick (instant decisions!), loved by users (check out our Trustpilot or Google reviews) and prolific ($74 billion+ in coverage provided). Come join us! https://lnkd.in/gteGwKBd

Insurance & TPA Industry Talent Partner | Swiftly Filling Roles in Claims Management & Administration, Risk Management, Cost Containment, Managed Care and RCM | Expert in Preventing Team Shortages
ADJUSTERS - Don't get Blindsided! Is your ADJUSTER License "ACTIVE" ??... It was perfect timing, when the candidate received my call. I was presenting a "Sr. Claims Adjuster" role, just days after this person had been informed of department layoffs. Their last day was less than 2 weeks away, but I was able to bring some good news in an otherwise stressful time. The position I presented offered an increase in compensation, and was fully remote. The hiring team was thorough in their interview process, and to be selected as the lead candidate, for the role, was a compliment to this ADJUSTER's experience. Unfortunately, when it was time to verify the candidate's claims adjuster license, as "ACTIVE" status, we realized there was a problem. Their soon-to-be prior employer had not processed their completed CE's, and fees, for their license renewal. ***It was now EXPIRED, and beyond 90 days*** We worked with the candidate, and our client, to ensure open lines of communication during each step of the license renewal process. This candidate showed incredible perseverance and tenacity in achieving renewal to ACTIVE status for their license, but in the end the urgency to fill the role took precedence and the opportunity went to the backup candidate. If applicable to you, you can stay on top of your license requirements at SIRCON. I hope this post is helpful to anyone who needs to check on their license status. #claims #adjuster #examiner
